Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Smosh gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we verify the contents.
